ustin Henry is well-known to attorneys in Arizona as a brilliant legal mind. He has made a massive impact for injury victims through his work not only for his clients, but also in changing the law with respect to injury settlements in our state.

As a top injury lawyer with extensive trial experience, Justin never fears and always enjoys courtroom work.

Justin is a master appellate lawyer, having briefed, argued and prevailed in the Arizona Court of Appeals, Arizona Supreme Court, New Mexico Court of Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

A psychology major in college, Justin graduated from Arizona State University School of Law in 2009. There, he focused his studies on trial practice and client advocacy. In recent years, Justin has been one of Arizona’s most influential personal injury lawyers. For example, Justin prevailed in multiple class action lawsuits against Arizona hospitals preventing hospitals from asserting liens against injury victims covered by AHCCCS, Medicare Advantage and Federal Employee Health Benefit plans.

Justin routinely lectures for other lawyers at Continuing Legal Education seminars. Notably, Justin co-authored Third-Party Interests Handbook: Liens and Subrogation Rights, a publication through the State Bar of Arizona providing a framework for understanding, and more importantly, resolving third-party interests asserted against personal injury settlements.

Justin serves on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Association of Justice, an association dedicated to advocating for the rights of injured individuals. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona, New Mexico and Utah.
