Brett’s Case Results

A Unique History of Success

B

rett’s record for success over the past 15 years in terms of massive jury verdicts and settlements for personal injury clients is unrivaled in Arizona.

Brett has obtained more than $600,000,000 in such resolutions and $144,000,000 in jury verdicts since 2010, including Arizona’s highest jury verdict in 2012, again in 2015 and yet again in 2024. In three of the last twelve years, he has had Arizona’s “Number 1 Verdict.”  He has had other verdicts in Arizona’s “Top 10 Verdicts.” He has also had multiple other verdicts in Arizona’s “Top 20.”

Brett is one of a handful of attorneys in Arizona to have obtained multiple eight figure trial verdicts (Brett has three), and has resolved nine cases above $10,000,000. * The results above are exceptional and not the rule. Defendants do not pay all attorney’s clients the same, far from it — especially in larger cases. How much a defendant ultimately pays is based on the nature and reputation of the plaintiffs’ lawyer, in addition to how that lawyer puts the case together.
