Brett’s Case Results

A Unique History of Success

B

rett’s record for success over the past 10 years in terms of jury verdicts and settlements for personal injury clients easily establishes him at the very top of the profession.

Brett has obtained more than $450,000,000 in such resolutions and $54,000,000 in jury verdicts since 2010, including Arizona’s highest jury verdict in 2012 and again in 2015. In three of the last seven years, he has had verdicts in Arizona’s “Top 10 Verdicts.” He has also had multiple other verdicts in Arizona’s “Top 20.” Brett is one of a handful of attorneys in Arizona to have participated in multiple eight figure trial verdicts, and has resolved six cases above $10,000,000. As lead or co-counsel, Brett has achieved more than 125 resolutions of $1,000,000 or more. As a matter of particular pride, on multiple occasions, juries have awarded Brett exactly what he asked for or in excess of what he asked jurors to award for his clients.

* The results above are exceptional and not the rule. Defendants do not pay all attorney’s clients the same, far from it — especially in larger cases. How much a defendant ultimately pays is based on the nature and reputation of the plaintiffs’ lawyer, in addition to how that lawyer puts the case together.
